The Opportunity
Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Shopping Centre Leasing Executive to work across a portfolio of high-performing assets with interstate exposure. There will be the opportunity for interstate travel and diversified asset exposure. 

• Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants and owners
• Reviewing lease deals/renewals etc
• Negotiation  
• Maintaining and advising around the correct tenant mix 
• Deliver leasing strategy plans to ensure the best business outcomes for both owners and tenants
• Interstate travel to the assets

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in retail leasing with a shopping centre landlord or shopping centre agency. 
• Strong negotiation experience
• Strong network in the retail market and a keen sense of the latest retail trends
• Good understanding of retail concepts, leasing procedures, management of operations and trade mix planning
• Good knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Proactive, resourceful and strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
