Position Overview: As a Retail Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing retail leasing opportunities for our diverse portfolio of commercial properties across SEQ. Your role will involve cultivating relationships with property owners, business owners, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify and secure retail tenants for commercial properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and industry professionals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Negotiate and execute lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing strategies for vacant properties.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Economics, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in retail or commercial leasing, with a focus on retail properties.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the SEQ Retail Property market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
