Leasing & Licensing Specialist

  • Permanent Part Time (22.8 hours per week)
  • $48.10 per hour + Super

The Opportunity 

Are you an experienced professional in leasing and licensing with a knack for strategic property management and a passion for supporting your local community? Join our team as a Leasing & Licensing Specialist and play a crucial role in managing this important service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all agreements are current. 
  • Compliant with relevant laws and policies, and that the use of council-owned properties is optimised to achieve the best possible community use and value.
  • You will drive the transformation of the leasing and licensing function; negotiate and renew leases; liaise with internal and external customers and legal and valuation experts.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to continuously improve the service and its outcomes.
