Form of workPURNELL is looking for a SUPER STAR to join our warm, professional and proactive team located in our Kingston office.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in real estate (but not essential) and a strong desire to deliver superior service to our valued clients. We require a person who is well spoken, very well presented and with a can-do attitude.
As our agency's Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties are leased quickly to the best applicants.

The role is centred on facilitating a smooth experience for owners and tenants. It involves assisting in preparing a property for marketing, liaising with photographers, organising and conducting open homes and private viewings. You'll also be responsible for processing applications, creating in-going reports and seeing our new tenants move into their new home with minimal fuss.
The role is full time position including Saturdays but with a day off during the week. Car allowance and company phone are also provided.
A current driver's license and your own reliable vehicle are required.
