Job Description
The Colliers Government Property Services Team (GPS) provides end to end property leasing services for 35+ Commonwealth agencies under the Whole of Australian Government property arrangements. Services range from managing lease terms and expiries for entire property portfolios, to disposing redundant assets, new site selection and acquisition, tenant advisory and workplace strategy.
We are currently looking for motivated property professionals to fill the role of Leasing Manager in the team that delivers leasing services on a significant Commonwealth Government Portfolio based in Canberra CBD.
The key responsibilities of the role/s will include:
- Negotiation of lease requirements for the client.
- Ongoing client liaison and relationship development.
- Assisting with advice to clients on strategic property solutions.
- Managing critical Lease dates and processing Lease renewals, options and rent reviews.
- Database management.
- Preparation of detailed monthly reports of portfolio management activity.
- Work closely with the Director – Government Property services to assist and mentor other team members
