Leasing Manager / Property Management Assistant

Ray White Prospect is delighted to announce that we are expanding! Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Manager to join our new Property Management department.

In just one year, Ray White Prospect has skyrocketed to new heights, giving our team a chance to thrive and blossom in their careers with even more exciting business prospects.

We are looking for someone wanting to take their first step into the Property Management industry or someone who may already be working in the industry and looking to make a change. On the job training and development will be provided. 

Your daily tasks will include, but will not be limited to:

• Open inspections
• Managing online property listings
• Processing of applications
• Ingoing inspections
• Lease document preparation
• Responding to enquiries 
• General administration tasks to assist the Property Management Department

We expect the successful candidate to hold a current South Australian registered Property Management licence, or be in the process of obtaining one (even if you are in the early stages of undertaking your course, please reach out). A valid drivers licence and vehicle is also required. 

The successful applicant will possess a strong desire to deliver superior service to our valued clients, who is well spoken, well presented and with a can-do attitude.
