With a strong Commercial Property focus, they are incredibly high-performing and specialists in the field of Property Management. They have a strong focus on creating community relations and being the go-to for Commercial Property management. Due to the continuous growth of their commercial arm, they are seeking an experienced commercial or retail Property & Leasing Manager to join the team.
The Role:
- Management of a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties
- Negotiate leases for all company-owned assets
- Execute asset analysis and master planning across the commercial portfolio
- Strategic planning for new & existing assets
- Management of rent collection and outgoings
- Manage rental arrears
- Negotiation of lease renewals and transfers including completing the relevant documentation
- Conduct property inspections, prepare inventory and condition reports
- Annual Outgoings Budgets and Reconciliations
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
- Previous experience in Commercial Property Management and Leasing, (minimum 5 years)
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car & drivers License
- You will be immaculately presented
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
