Adaptable and Supportive: Flexibility is key, and as a Leasing Manager, you'll be ready to take on additional tasks to balance workloads during high-volume periods or when colleagues are temporarily unavailable. Your adaptability and support will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team.

Primary Duties: Guided by a commitment to excellence, your primary duties will involve seamlessly managing the letting process. Responding promptly to tenant inquiries, conducting open houses, and approving tenancy applications will be part of your routine. Establishing and maintaining relationships with property owners, tenants, colleagues, and contractors is paramount, and overseeing file establishment for new management listings adds to the depth of your responsibilities.

Administration and Advertising: Your organisational skills will shine as you coordinate property marketing, ensuring accuracy in advertising details and publishing properties on appropriate channels. Liaising with Sales Consultants for settlement dates and handling necessary administrative tasks showcase your meticulous approach to detail.

Business Development: Stepping into the realm of business development, you'll conduct property appraisals and present our property management services to prospective landlords. Your role in organising repairs, maintenance, and managing correspondence related to the managed portfolio contributes to our growth and client satisfaction.

Financial and Auditing: Supporting the property management department with financial tasks and conducting regular audits of portfolios and keys demonstrates your commitment to maintaining operational excellence.

Training and Meetings: Your dedication to ongoing learning will be evident as you attend department meetings, training sessions, and stay updated on industry and legislative changes. Your role in creating training guides and assisting with new staff onboarding showcases your commitment to team development.
