About You:
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration, or Class 1 or 2 Licence (or are willing to obtain one prior to commencement).
- Previous property management or leasing experience is preferred but not essential.
- Possess the ability to identify problems & prioritise tasks effectively.
- Have an outgoing & resilient personality with strong communication skills.
- Willing to adapt to change & demonstrate great problem-solving skills.
About the Role:
- Conduct routine inspections & ingoing & outgoing inspections.
- Conduct rental open homes.
- Organise repairs & maintenance.
- Process tenant applications.
- Communicate effectively with tenants & owners.
- Prepare & execute new leases & lease renewals.
- Conduct routine rent reviews.
- Provide general and varied support of our Property Management team as required.
