THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $100,887 to $112,993 per annum pro rata plus 11% superannuation and annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: Part time, 0.8 EFT position
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.

The Faculty of Health Science, Community and Social Studies at Holmesglen provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching and learning environment with strong professional links and partnerships within the health and community services sector.
There is currently an opportunity for an experienced Lecturer or tutor to provide practical teaching and laboratory demonstration in Biomedical Sciences to students studying a Bachelor of Oral Health degree.
In addition, the successful applicant will develop and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with industry professionals and participate in the establishment of research activities within the faculty.
ABOUT YOU
- A thorough knowledge of the delivery of Higher Education degree programs.
- A sound understanding of teaching strategies and learning materials development.
- Significant experience as an academic tutor or lecturer within a vocational or tertiary education environment, specifically at an undergraduate level Biomedical Sciences or related fields.
- Degree in Biomedical Sciences or approved tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, including post graduate qualifications in Biomedical Sciences or related fields.
