Permanent full-time opportunity at our Pundulmurra (South Hedland) campus!
Lecturing staff employed in 2024 are eligible to receive a Temporary Regional Incentive of $15,000 (pa, gross – to be adjusted pro rata for FTE). Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at NRTAFE, with the remainder paid on the anniversary of start date. Staff must remain employed in the location for 12 months to be eligible to receive the second payment.

This position will be delivering a range of business services training including BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business, Business Ready and Small Business skill sets and other training relevant to the skills and qualifications of the successful applicant.
This position is responsible for facilitating training in face to face and online environments and will be required to undertake some travel within the region.

To be successful, you will have the following…
- Well-developed communication and organisational skills, including the ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of information technology with the ability to communicate and facilitate learning in a digital environment.
- Current technical knowledge and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the professional field relevant to this position.
- Relevant vocational qualifications and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed including:
Essential:
- Minimum qualification BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (or equivalent)
Desirable:
- Diploma or higher Business / Business Administration qualification.
- Experience and qualifications in Project Management, Marketing, Financial Administration and/or Leadership and/or Sustainability.
- It is preferred that applicants already possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or can demonstrate willingness or progression towards achieving it.
