About the role:
As the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer, this position requires significant leadership of learning and teaching related projects, usually across ACU as an institution. The position compliments the expertise of other Centre for Education and Innovation staff members by providing Academic Development capacity in relation to CEI's role. Academic development includes: planning and implementing programs and developing resources for the professional learning of ACU staff in the enhancement of their learning and teaching roles; providing support to the teaching CEI award and non-award programs including the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (GCHE); supporting development, review and implementation of ACU's Learning and Teaching policies; supporting scholarship of Learning and Teaching; scholarly and benchmarking activities; collaboration with faculties on course and unit design, development and reviews; and managing learning and teaching projects as allocated from time to time.

What we offer:

- Total remuneration valued to $134,709 - $158,885 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $113,831 - $134,397 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level B), or total remuneration valued to $168,512 - $182,954 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $142,625 - $154,969 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level C), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. The level of appointment will be determined based on the level of experience, skills and capability of the successful candidate.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
