Our students, researchers and partners are better placed to address the most pressing challenges of our times.About the roleWe are recruiting for a Lecturer to engage in learning, teaching, research, and engagement activities within the School, collaborating across TD and UTS in this balanced role.The successful applicant will contribute in the first instance to teaching in the pan-university transdisciplinary (TD) electives program, which is being progressively rolled since 2022 to all undergraduate students at UTS. The successful candidate may also be required to contribute to TD's enterprise learning and short forms of learning program and teach into other programs.
Detailed DescriptionAbout YouYou will preferably have a track record in transdisciplinary research with demonstrated capability in developing innovative teaching and learning experiences. You will be a strong communicator and collaborator, with experience in industry engagement.To be successful, you will also ideally have the following attributes:
- Completion of PhD in a related domain with a knowledge of transdisciplinary educational and industry practice and in an area related to TD's research themes
- A track record of academic publication and/or industry innovation project outcomes appropriate for Level B
- Knowledge of subject and curriculum development
