About the role:
- Provide a point of contact and information on behalf of the designated Senior Leader
- Manage diary appointments, records, emails and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings
- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes and power-point presentations
- Assist in recruitment process
- Update and maintain records and databases
- Extract, collate and compile data and information on performance reports
- Utilise Dynamics to assist with cost centre processing and reporting activities
- Undertake event planning and coordination
- Work with BCEO functional areas to undertake administrative processing tasks
- Plan, prioritise, organise and complete tasks in a timely manner and to meet changing priorities.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to take responsibility for completion of workloads
- Be a self-starter with initiative who enjoys working as part of a team to deliver outcomes.
- Effective communicator (oral and written) to support the variety of queries and calls from a range of stakeholders.
- Formal qualifications in business, business administration or relevant similar experience is preferred
- Experience in executive and administrative support
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite and SharePoint
- Possession of a current/valid Queensland Driver’s Licence
- Undertake a National Criminal History check prior to commencing employment
