Position Details:
- Hours: Initially, this role will be part-time (4 days per week), with the potential for increased hours at the Principal's discretion.
- Responsibilities: As the central support for our team of bustling lawyers, your reception and administration skills will be indispensable. You're the one who knows what needs to be done and makes it happen, all while embodying our core values of integrity, honesty, experience, and inclusivity. Your key focus areas include providing support to the Principal, efficient document management, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Requirements:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Professionalism: A professional and friendly phone manner is essential.
- Attention to Detail: We value meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience: Solid references and relevant work history are preferred.
