Douglas Hoskins Legal is currently seeking a full-time experienced ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT to join our highly regarded legal firm.
This is a full-time position with a salary based on level of experience. You will be required to work primarily in our North Brighton office, with some work days from our Adelaide CBD office, details of which will be negotiated with the successful candidate. Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Your core duties will include:
- Digital dictation and general typing duties;
- Reception duties;
- Diary management
- Production of legal Briefs;
- Invoicing;
- File management and e-filing; and
- General day-to-day administrative duties.
Skills and Experience
- A minimum 2 years secretarial/administration experience is essential.
- Experience in Family Law, Wills and Estates will be highly regarded.
- Sound administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency using Microsoft products including Outlook, Word & Excel.
- A knowledge of working in a legal services environment not essential but preferred.
- Experience with LEAP an advantage, however not a requirement.
