Exceptional career opportunity for a talented and experienced Legal Assistant to work close to home in the Dandenong office of this long-standing and highly regarded Law Firm with several offices throughout Victoria.

Supporting two Senior Associates in their busy Wills & Estates team, you'll enjoy a varied and "hands on" role where you can really be involved and become an integral member of the team.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

• preparation of court documents
• drafting Wills and general correspondence
• coordinating & arranging appointments
• diary and email management
• client liaison and assisting with enquiries
• file management, including opening & closing if files
• preparation of monthly bills and expenses
• general administrative tasks

To secure this exceptional opportunity you will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Wills & Estates Litigation, together with;

• advanced MS Office skills
• strong attention to detail
• well developed organisational and time management skills
• sound working knowledge of litigation procedures and processes
• the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
