Legal Personal Assistant

This renowned CBD law firm is urgently seeking to hire a Litigation Legal Secretary for a busy role supporting a lovely Partner with a very busy practice. This firm value the contributions of their employees and working here you will not be just a number. they have many incentives in place to ensure their staff maintain a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle.  

The areas of Commercial Litigation this team covers are diverse and include clients such as the RSPCA, Victorian Councils and Insurers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to work on more complex tasks in a quasi paralegal role of this busy litigation team. As such, your responsibilities will be diversified, so there is not chance of ever becoming bored in this role. On a daily basis, you will be: 

• Liaising with clients and other external parties
• Preparing legal and court documents 
• Billing
• Diary and email management 
• File management

To be successful in this position, you will need to have strong Commercial Litigation experience working at a senior level. You will be highly organised and flourish in a fast paced environment as well as posses a positive nature and enthusiastic attitude.
