Bis is currently seeking an in-house Legal Counsel, to join our high performing national Legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice in a practical and commercially focused way in relation to mining services contracts (including tenders), commercial contracts, dispute resolution, document control and legal compliance.
This role is full-time permanent contract, and it will be based in either our Newcastle office. There are opportunities to travel to and from our operations across Australia.
