Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter–from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.How you will make contributions that matterAn exciting opportunity currently exists to become a key member of our in-house legal team, responsible for providing legal advice and support to a wide range of Business functions, with a focus on Sales and Marketing, Engineering and Projects, Property, Procurement and Environment departments.Reporting to the General Manager, Legal and working alongside a Senior Legal Counsel, you will draft, review and negotiate contractual arrangements and provide general advice on topics such as general commercial/contracts law, environment issues, property, competition and consumer law and intellectual property. In addition, you will interpret and advise on relevant legislation impacting Saputo Dairy Australia and its operations.About you

• Tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Laws
• Admission to Practice as an Australian Legal Practitioner with a current practising certificate in an Australian State or Territory
• 2-5 years of post qualification experience in a recognised law firm or in-house team
• Highly developed contract drafting and review skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage and build relationships across a diverse stakeholder group
• An ability to manage files autonomously but also work alongside and support experienced senior lawyers
• Prior experience in Environment, Property or Projects will be highly regarded
