- We support flexible working and are happy to discuss what this means for you
Legal & Group Secretariat (L&GS) is responsible for delivering an integrated and consistent approach to the Group’s legal advice and corporate governance. L&GS partners with business units to assist them in attaining their strategic goals and sustaining a competitive advantage by ensuring legal risks to the Group are appropriately recognised and managed. To do this L&GS aligns with our business partners, identifying and assisting them in managing legal risks in a clear manner optimising the use of external counsel (where required).
The Technology Legal team, which is part of L&GS, provides high value strategic advice to our internal clients to support and enhance the Group’s competitive advantage in technology, business success and market value. To support delivery of this outcome, Technology Legal in collaboration with Group Procurement has implemented an Express Contracting Channel (ECC), led by a Senior Legal Counsel from Technology Legal, with support from a Legal Counsel to provide dedicated legal support for low risk technology procurement projects.
