The firm is currently seeking an experienced property lawyer to join their Sydney CBD office who will work to build up the practice group and work alongside a team of close-knit lawyers.THE CANDIDATE
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years PQE in property law
- Strong academic record
- Experience in purchase and sale of property, leasing, estates and succession
- Experience extensively using PEXA
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in business development
- This role would be best suited for a sole practitioner, or someone who can bring business to the firm
