LEGAL ASSISTANT - COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
We invite legal assistants, law students, law graduates and 1 year PA lawyers to apply.
Skills for success in these roles include:

- Exceptional communication skills
- Qld conveyancing experience
- Exposure to Business sales and purchases would be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly and effectively
Responsibilities will include:
- File management (electronic and physical)
- Lodging documents, coordinating settlements, conducting searches and enquiries
- Preparation of letters and complicated online forms
- Liaising with clients, lenders, real estate agents and other stakeholders
