Legal Secretary / Clerk / Conveyancing Secretary / Paralegal / Assistant
We are seeking a Legal Secretary / Clerk to join our small suburban law firm. We are a long-established family run law firm in Hornsby with a friendly and pleasant working environment.
This role would primarily include conveyancing and secretarial duties. We are looking for someone experienced in conveyancing and PEXA. Someone also familiar with Smokeball software is preferred but not essential.
We are looking for someone ideally on a part-time basis (1-3 days per week, this is flexible) who enjoys working in a small and friendly team. We are a close-knit team and are keen to meet applicants who are friendly, honest and hard-working.
Your role would include:
- Working on conveyancing matters
- Preparing correspondence
- Occasionally answering the phone and making appointments, when our receptionist is unavailable
- Transcribing dictations
- General office duties
