We are a busy legal practice at Toukley on the beautiful Central Coast providing Conveyancing and Wills & Estates services to our clients.
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal / Legal Secretary to join our Wills & Estates team under the supervision of our Principal Solicitor. You would be preparing documents for Probate; miscellaneous estates and, from time to time, Letters of Administration. We need a team player with great problem-solving skills, common sense, superb attention to detail; efficient work practices; great letter writing skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You must be results driven.
Your main tasks will be:
- Preparing Probate documents;
- Completing forms required by asset holders;
- Arranging signing appointments;
- Communicating with asset holders;
- Arranging for assets to be paid to estate;
- Preparing letters to beneficiaries;
- Preparing final letter to executor
We would prefer a Paralegal with at least four years experience in estates work.
This is a permanent full time position though part-time applicants should apply.
