About the firmOur client is a leading national specialist law firm that is known for delivering high-quality service and for being reputable amongst highly regarded clients. Due to growth, they have recently opened up an office in Cairns.
About the roleJoining a busy practice, you will be assisting the CTP team with legal aid, as well as general administration duties.This will include, but not limited to, opening new matters/closing completed matters, collating briefs, drafting & filing court documents, diary management, monthly billing and answering phone calls.
About you:Proactive and enthusiastic
Legal Secretary:
- Be highly organised;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent typing skills, that are fast and accurate (70+ wpm); and
- Excellent communication skills & polished telephone manner.
