This is a unique role situated in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. You will be supporting partners that specialise in Insurance Coverage. The team are described as highly collaborative, down-to-earth and welcoming and are seeking a like-minded individual to join them.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary and inbox management;
- Opening, closing and maintaining files;
- Inputting and maintaining client data through CRM system;
- Assisting with client enquiries and regular reporting;
- Preparing and filing court documents.

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years' experience in Litigation or Insurance in a legal support capacity;
- Some experience with billing and CRM systems;
- Strong time-management, organisational and problem solving skills.
