With business at an all-time high, this team of experts need an experienced Property Legal Secretary to join the fun! This role is pitched at a senior level secretary or paralegal looking to take a step up! Providing full support in this busy practice, you will be working at Partner level and also closely with a team of Real Estate specialists who are responsible for offering an array of services to clients including assisting with the purchase and sale of property; high volume development matters; commercial property transactions; leasing and providing property related advice. Your duties will include:
* File management including assisting with Conveyancing files
* Diary management
* Preparation and editing of documentation and correspondence (using track changes)
* Extensive client liaison
* Dictaphone typing
* Monthly billing
* Conducting searches and enquiries
* Ad hoc duties as required
These roles will suit someone with prior experience in Property law who thrives in a busy team. A flexible approach, strong technical skills, “can-do” attitude and sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing.
