Duties
- Diary management, emails and coordinating meetings
- Preparing documents
- Processing contracts
- Review letter of offer
- Liaising with clients
- Booking and arranging settlements
- Confident in running conveyancing files from start to finish
- General secretarial duties
- 2+ years experience in property law
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Excellent typing skills and proficient in MS Office
