Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking an experienced and driven administrative professional to join our in-house Legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Legal Team Administrator will offer comprehensive administrative support to the Legal team.
As the Team Administrator, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of our Legal Team. Your duties will include managing service requests, which involves allocating and opening files promptly, assisting in the preparation of correspondence as directed by team members and support file administration tasks, including organising emails. You will play a pivotal role in preparing briefs for external counsel and contributing to the development of internal reports using established systems. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing comprehensive agendas and minutes for team meetings, as well as managing diary schedules for multiple parties efficiently.
