Your new role
Do you want to grow your career within the Lending Space? NAB are looking for a CLS Associate to join them who will be responsible for:
- Provide lending support to Relationship Managers within B&PB.
- Handle various types of lending, including simple and complex loans, increases, decreases, and renewals.
- Ensure input quality, file compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Support bankers in meeting customer needs and driving effective operations.
- Receive business requests (e.g., home loans, business loans) and ensure compliance.
- Manage documents accurately and support bankers with customer communication from application to settlement and drawdown.
- Handle multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth end to end processing
- Using your analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills to perform credit analysis and interpretation of customers' financial information to identify and reduce risk
- Verify appropriate financials, ID, guarantor documents, and financial analysis.
Starting on the 24th June, this role will be a 6-month temporary contract. The role could be based at either location: BANKSTOWN or GREGORY HILLS. You will work from Monday to Friday between 8:30 to 5:30. You will be required to be in the office 100% for the first 6 months and will be paid $40.00 + Super
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit experience
- Understanding of policy and verification requirements
- Preferred min 12 months banking experience
- Proven financial analysis capability
- Understanding of risk obligations and knowledge of how to replicate compliance
