We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and our knowledgeable staff, which has earned us recognition in the industry.About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate with experience in tools to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Store Manager, your duties and responsibilities include:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the tools and equipment they need.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their project requirements.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
• Offer guidance and advice on tool usage and maintenance.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote add-on items and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels on the sales floor by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous Retail Sales experience preferred, ideally in a hardware or Tool Shop environment.
• Strong knowledge of tools and equipment commonly used in construction, woodworking, automotive, or DIY projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
