Award Mortgage was established in 2005 under the Award Global Group. We have approximately 160 brokers in more than 20 branches across Australia, along with three support offices in China and the Philippines.
Award Mortgage began with a single office in Burwood, NSW, with our Sydney CBD headquarters established two years later in 2007. Over the years, we have expanded our operation beyond Sydney, from China to Melbourne and across Australia. Act as an intermediary between a lender and a borrower who needs a mortgage loan. Evaluate pay stubs, credit history, tax information and bank statements for financial status. Work to ensure compliance with banking and or finance laws in the jurisdiction of the consumer.

The Role:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Mortgage and home loans in the Australian market;
- Work with various lenders to find the best deal for a homebuyer;
- Follow through with the lender and client during the approval process;
- Coach, mentor, and lead team members to provide professional service to the home buyer;
- Provide combined finance solutions to meet client’s needs;
- Develop and Maintain relationships with business referrals;
- Network and presentation to develop your client source and database;
- Mandarin speaker required;
