- Total remuneration package commencing from $96,000
- Armidale, Port Macquarie, or Warners Bay location preferred, with other locations within our existing regional network considered

Regional Australia Bank is looking for a talented lending expert to lead a team of Contact Centre Lending professionals.
About the Role:
As the Contact Centre Lending Team Manager, you will lead a team of up to 10 lending professionals ensuring operational excellence, enhanced customer interactions, and the delivery of exceptional lending services that meet the personal, housing, and business requirements of our members.
This is a people focused position, where you will guide and support your team's growth and development, leveraging your expertise in lending and people leadership to drive a collaborative and high-performing team.
About you:
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have experience and capabilities in the following areas:
- Lending, including personal, home and SME lending and lending assessment
- Team Development and Performance Management: Lead, manage, develop, and recognise a geographically dispersed team, monitoring performance, tracking metrics, delegating authority and ensuring compliance.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, manage escalations, and foster collaboration across the network.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members, demonstrating effective communication and leadership skills.
- Business Development & Sales: Drive sales strategies, set goals, and manage performance targets within a call centre environment.
