We’re on the lookout for a top talent NationalOperations Team Leader to work out of our Moorebank office.
Leading a team of Operations Administrators your role will be to manage and provide Work Order administration support to all Grosvenor Engineering Group business units nationally.
About the Role:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders offering support and ensuring all key processes and procedures are consistently actioned.
- Ensure team members are held accountable for upholding performance standards.
- Manage day to day task co-ordination and administration of work requests.
- Ensure system data is accurately maintained and reflects current work order status.
- Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for all tasks through the Grosvenor ticketing system.
- Daily follow up with internal resources to confirm works in progress, KPI’s, reports and key metrics.
About you:
- Previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated experience in workload prioritisation and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer and administration skills.
