This role will involve;
- Work to identify and address root cause of the incident to stop repeat incidents from occurring
- Install, maintain, and configure network devices to documented SOE standards (laptop, desktop, mobile phone, voice services)
- Set up and decommission end user accounts, as required
- Identify and report weakness in cyber security position to line manager
- ICT incident queues are maintained to low levels
- At least 12 months hands on Level 1 Support experience
- Basic understanding of Microsoft technology; Active Directory and group policy management, Exchange Server, O365, Windows10
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience to speak with a range of internal staff and external vendors
- Being able to work autonomously
- Have a 'think outside the box' and positive mindset
- A tertiary qualification within IT
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
