What will you be doing?

As a Level 3 On-Premises Infrastructure Support Specialist at Chamonix IT Solutions, you will be a senior member of our support team, providing expert-level guidance and resolutions for complex on-Premises Infrastructure challenges. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in providing advanced support for on-Premises Infrastructure technologies.

How will you help contribute to our success?

• Provide advanced technical support for complex on-Premises Infrastructure-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Lead investigations and diagnoses for intricate on-Premises Infrastructure problems, collaborating with Level 2 support and other teams to resolve challenging issues.
• Take charge of on-Premises Infrastructure-related incidents, identify root causes, and implement strategic corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of advanced on-Premises Infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their advanced on-Premises Infrastructure requirements and provide strategic technical support.

What skills does our ideal candidate have?

• Have an in-depth understanding of advanced on-Premises Infrastructure technologies, including server management, networking, and storage solutions.
• Proficient in leading the diagnosis and resolution of complex on-Premises Infrastructure-related issues.
• Ability to lead collaborative efforts with Level 2 support and other teams to address intricate on-Premises Infrastructure challenges.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills to work closely with clients.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Certification.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
