THE ROLE
The directors are looking for a well-rounded manager with a broad skill-set across both staff management and client service.
Some of your duties will include:
- Management of a SME client base under 1 of the Business Services directors
- Preparation and presentation of all compliance and advisory work for your clients
- Supervision and mentoring of a team of accountants
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
A suitable candidate will possess the following:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Several years’ experience in a senior role
- Ability to communicate in layman’s terms to clients and staff
- Ability to create lasting relationships and become a trusted advisor
