Liability Loss Adjuster / Trainee Liability Adjuster
This is an exciting opportunity to join the market leading Sedgwick Liability Team as a Liability Adjuster either as a trainee or somebody with a few years exerience that wants to progress their career to the next level. Fast track your career either in a technical capacity or with an eye on future management, with the support of the world's largest loss adjusting firm.
What are my accountabilities?
Attend upon policyholders, claimants and incident scenes to investigate liability insurance claims.
Proactive communication with the client and customer about initial findings and potential solutions
Ability to manage claims and stakeholders and to drive outcomes
To have the customer and client at the centre of everything you do
About you:
Have either experience or desire to start a career in Liability Adjusting
Previous experience in general loss adjusting or sound insurance claims handling background will be considered
Knowledge and understanding of the principles and procedures for processing insurance claims
Knowledge of claims regulations and legislations
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
Keen eye for detail, problem solving and analysing skills
Have a growth mindset
Legal or Trade Qualifications are advantageous
