We have an exciting role for you to join our team as Libraries Customer Service Officer in a part-time permanent position based at the City of Bunbury Libraries.
About you
You are an enthusiastic and community minded individual with a strong Customer Service ethos. Your motivation to serve the community, drive to contribute to the team and the energy you put in to continuously develop your skills will see your success in this role.
About the role
Along with general library duties, you will deliver a high-quality innovative, customer ‘first‘ service to the City of Bunbury community. You will promote and assist the public in using library services that are delivered via online and digital technologies. You are flexible and adaptable individual who will enjoy working between Bunbury's two dynamic Library facilities.
Please note regular weekend and evening work is required.
