RACV City Club is seeking a passionate Library Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all our members and guests.

About the opportunity:

• Assist members & guests with finding library materials, answering questions, and using library resources.
• Maintain library collections and ensuring proper organization.
• Check in and check out materials efficiently, utilising library record systems.
• Create a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for library visitors of all ages.
• Maintain a clean and organized library environment.

What you’ll need to be successful 

• Strong interest in books, literature, and information resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working in a library setting is an essential
