Library Couriers play an important role in the delivery of services to the ACT Community. They are responsible for the movement of library resources and mail between branches and fill a critical role in the successful running of Mystery Box and Home Library Services.
It can be a customer-facing role on occasion, delivering resources to customer doorsteps as per delivery schedules. Couriers may also be required to assist customers with inquiries during the course of their duties.
