Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Operating a fleet of 3 Grumman G73AT Mallards, The Paspaley Pearling Company Pty Ltd is looking for experienced, versatile LAMEs to join the Darwin Engineering team in maintaining one of the most iconic aircraft in Australia.
These flying boats provide essential support to the Pearling Fleet in the Kimberly region, as well as undertake charter work in some of the Top Ends greatest destinations, the work we do is as unique as the aircraft itself.
About the Role
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
• The Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Aircraft within the company Fleet.
• Conduct Aircraft Maintenance and certify for the maintenance in accordance with approved data & procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate with the chief engineer, the maintenance control team and the business manager to ensure positive lines of communication
Position Requirements
To be considered for this position you must have:
- B1 Part 66 Licence (CASA)
- GA experience
- PT6A Rating (highly desirable)
- Seaplane experience (desirable)
- B2 licence (desirable)
