With over 80 Centres and Groups, servicing over 90 countries, JBI is a recognised global leader in evidence-based healthcare.The remit of the Global Relations Division includes partnership management, stakeholder relations, public affairs, internal and external communication. Under the direction of the Global Relations Manager, the Administration Officer - Communications is responsible for supporting Global Relations Division in managing 80+ partnerships within the JBI Collaboration (JBIC). This entails using a teamwork approach, prioritising personal day-to-day workloads and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.Key responsibilities of this position include administration (data entry and database management (CRM), minute taking, tracking activity); writing reports; developing communication guidelines and resources for international partners; supporting the management of national and international conferences and meetings (both online and face-to-face); website content management and providing social and digital media support.To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise and manage a multi-dimensional and varied workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and culturally diverse stakeholders with a view to fostering relationships.
- Demonstrated high level competency in the use of computer software and applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, customer relationship databases and internet applications.
- Sound understanding of the importance and impact of effective social media platform use.
