Job Duties and Responsibilities：
- Fast learner and able to handle conveyancing files independently with minimal supervision in a team environment;
- Liaising effectively with clients and relevant stakeholders;
- Attention to details;
- Previous 2 years relevant experience in property law/ conveyancing preferred;
- Experience with SRO duties online, PEXA and Leap preferred.
Job Requirements：
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required
- Highly initiative and positive in working attitude
- Well organised and able to meet deadlines
- Good at problem solving
