- Tertiary qualification in Production: Fashion, Textiles or Design
- Demonstrated experience in a Product Developer or Fashion Designer role
- Strong ability to forecast and implement trend with a strong commercial acumen
- Understanding in all technical, compliance and construction aspects of garment production
- Experience communicating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to problem solve and prioritise to meet deadlines
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- High proficiency in Design & CAD - Illustrator essential
- R&D for Global ranges
- Natural eye for colour flow and execution
