This includes Orientation/Induction, Enrolment/Course Info sessions, Student Peer Mentor Programs, Student Helping Student initiatives, social activities, competitions, conferences, and leadership programs.As a Senior Officer, Student Engagement you will:

• Support the design, planning and implementation of programs and strategies which are aimed to increase Student Engagement and overall success.
• Provide support for students and host organisations to engage students in a range of competitions, conferences and professional activities.
• Provide administrative support for the Student Experience and Engagement Committee and liaise regularly with faculty endorsed Student Societies to support their activities.
• Participate in faculty-wide projects and any other duties relating to student support.
• Aim for excellence by building productive relationships and consulting regularly with a diverse range of stakeholders.

To be successful, you'll have:

• A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
• Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• The capability to deliver presentations to student audiences in various formats, including online and face-to-face settings.
• Administrative experience working within a large organisation with formal administrative structures, policies and procedures, preferably in a tertiary educational institution.
