Heston MRO was branded back in 2018 after a purchase from another company. From then on, we put our heart and soul into building 2 products, one for our customer and one for our employees: culture. Heston MRO focuses primarily on our line maintenance work, but recently we have pushed forward and continue to develop our projects unit of the business.
Our Company is located in all major airports around Australia and a couple of smaller locations such as Coolangatta. Each of our locations are headed up with one of our experienced Engineering Managers to support their engineering crews that work hard to keep the air network flying. Our Head Office, where all of the background work happens, is located in Brisbane, a stone's throw from the airport precinct.

Based at Sydney International Airport Terminal, we are seeking a B1.1 Licensed Aviation Maintenance Engineers, ideally experienced in a line maintenance environment, with any / all of the following coverage:
- B787
- A330
- A350
- B777
- B737CL
- B767
If you have a preference for FT or Casual please advise in your application.
We also require: -
- Australian Citizenship, Australian permanent residency
- At least six months experience in exercising the privileges for your licenced endorsement with documentary evidence
- ASIC and ADA eligible
- A valid state driving licence
- Excellent English communication skills
Please note our starting salaries for continuous working shift patterns are: -
- CASA Licenced with type ratings, $135,872.38 + Superannuation+ Licence & Type Allowances
- Non CASA Licensed, starting salary of $122,961 + superannuation for 6 months (while obtaining CASA registration), then as per above.
