Address Randstad Defence is proud to supply the Australian Defence Industry. On behalf of our Defence clients, we are seeking an ILS practitioner to manage life cost cost analysis.
Candidates must be Australian Citizens and eligible for a Defence security clearance
Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) - Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) Specialist
Responsibilities of your new role;
Executing Logistic Engineering Work packages to align with program objectives.
Developing lifeCycle Costing data and spares analysis to support program goals and deliverables (such as LORAR, RPL, ST&EL, EMEIs).
Contributing to and shaping Logistic Support Analysis Plans.
Assisting in defining and determining logistical requirements primarily at the system/subsystem level.
Offering LCC advice and insights to the multi-discipline project team and senior leadership regarding LCC technical requirements, interfaces, and other project considerations.
Utilising Opus Suite for spare parts modelling
Ensuring compliance with standards and facilitating regular part release.
Coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and subcontractors.
Tracking changes, managing configurations, updating master data, and handling database operations
To be successful in this position you will posses;
Tertiary qualifications in an Engineering discipline,Mechanical,Electrical/ Electronics,or Mechatronics
Proven experience in ILS and LCCA, preferably within a similar industry.
Experience across acquisition and sustainment phases desirable
Chartered Professional engineer (desirable).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform comprehensive cost analyses.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications; Opus
Ideal candidate would be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Adeliade
