Are you an experienced Lifestyle Assistant, AIN/Carer or an artistic individual who would love to positively impact the lives of others?  

We are currently supporting a client in seeking creative and empathetic individuals to join their team in a part-time or full-time, permanent basis. If you thrive in a supportive environment and are passionate about enhancing the lives of others, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of the Lifestyle Coordinator to collaborate with residents, families, and dedicated operational and clinical teams.
• Help facilitate engaging lifestyle activities promote social, cultural, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
• Coordinate and support with a variety of activities both within and outside the home.
• Adhere to documentation requirements

Requirements:

• Passion for improving the life of others – empathetic and people orientated
• Suit individuals who are creative and artistic and have skills that they can share and use to better the lives of others
• Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, Leisure and Health, or equivalent qualification (ideal but not necessary)
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage time and coordinate events
• Creative thinking skills with a knack for thinking outside the box.
• Up-to-date immunization and willingness to undergo a police check
